When is redemption possible?

Redemption is not the same as cashing out a deposited balance. Shuffle.us Sweepstakes Rules say prizes are available only when the player, currency and play satisfy the rules. The rules currently specify a minimum of 100 eligible Shuffle Cash for a cash-prize redemption request; check the current official rules because thresholds can change.

Four-stage redemption path

  1. Confirm you qualify by age and permitted residency/location.
  2. Verify the account, including identity verification required for redemptions.
  3. Check that the Shuffle Cash involved is eligible under the sweepstakes-play requirements and minimum threshold.
  4. Use the operator’s redemption interface and complete any required financial-account verification.

Common misunderstandings

Gold Coins cannot be redeemed. A promotional Shuffle Cash balance is not automatically a withdrawable cash balance; verification and qualifying-play conditions may apply. For operator-specific payment and redemption information, see payments and withdrawals; for currency comparisons use Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins.
